Very clean and tidy, however very little shade and or seating.
I like the place and generally it's quiet and there's a good amount of room to throw the ball. Little bit more maintenance would be nice but the way the life goes.
Places for different dog sizes, clean, bags for dogs if you forgot yours, water for them to hydrate and safe place to be.

3 seats, park kept ok, 2 drink areas one at each end. Double gates to keep dogs from escaping.
Will be even better when they have separate areas for big and small dogs
