Powerhouse Park Off - Leash Doggy Playground
Powerhouse Park, New Farm, QLD
Powerhouse Park Off-Leash Doggy Playground is a well-maintained urban green space designed for canine exercise and socialization. The park is characterized by its expansive open field, which is primarily covered in grass with some worn dirt patches in high-activity areas. It is fully secured by a perimeter chain-link fence, ensuring a safe off-leash environment. The landscape is dotted with several large, mature trees that provide ample natural shade, and a permanent gazebo offers additional sheltered seating. For convenience, the park is equipped with multiple water fountains featuring integrated dog bowls, several park benches for owners to rest, and strategically placed trash cans. Concrete paths wind through parts of the park, enhancing accessibility. Situated near modern apartment complexes, the park offers a vibrant community atmosphere where dogs of various breeds can run freely. While it lacks specific agility equipment or separate sections for different dog sizes, the sheer scale of the area provides plenty of room for vigorous play and exploration.

Two separate areas one massive mixed furbaby area a smaller area for small or shy babies. Everybody is super friendly. Bins, seats and water fountain available, great undercover area for sunny or wet days. Highly recommend.
Always cute
Great area, good shade and the agility course was good fun !
Came here as we we're in the city and had my dog pebbles with us. I always do a google search to find the closest dog park. She enjoyed it. Very busy big and small dogs in the same park. They where all excelently behaved which relieved my nerves lol
Did have fun. Good size usually busy
