Newmarket Dog Park
Enoggera Rd, Alderley, QLD
Newmarket Dog Park is a well-maintained off-leash facility featuring multiple fenced areas for dogs of various sizes and energy levels. The park offers a mix of surfaces, including expansive grassy fields and high-traffic dirt zones under the shade of mature trees. Facilities are excellent, with a large sheltered gazebo providing a cool resting spot for owners, complemented by several benches scattered throughout. For active dogs, the park includes agility equipment such as a climbing A-frame and a concrete tunnel. Water stations are conveniently located to keep pets hydrated. The entire off-leash area is secured with sturdy chain-link fencing. Beyond the fenced enclosures, the surrounding parkland provides additional open space with gentle slopes and paved paths, suitable for on-leash activities. The presence of lighting suggests the park is accessible during early morning or late evening hours. The overall atmosphere is one of a community-focused, spacious, and safe environment for canine exercise and socialization.

Reviews
10 reviewsThe friendliest dog park I've been to. All th3 locals know eachother and it's great fir a chat. Two fenced areas. One for larger dogs and one for smaller breeds. Bags 🎒 and water available. Update - grass really does need to be kept short. It's getting out of hand. Park is becoming a bit neglected. …
Not big enough

Nice fenced dog park. Could be bigger
Centrally located corner Stafford Rd and Shand, good local park but is a bit neglected by Council, could do with lighting, additional shade and the odd watering over summer to keep green.
This is suitable for most dogs it has two sections for big and small dogs.
