Roy Harvey Park Dog Off Leash Area

18 Shand St, Stafford, QLD

3.9(35 reviews)

Roy Harvey Park Dog Off Leash Area in Australia provides a generous, fully fenced space for dogs to run and play. The park is characterized by its expansive grassy surface, which shows some wear in high-traffic areas, and is bordered by a variety of mature trees that offer ample natural shade. A key highlight of this facility is the inclusion of agility equipment, such as tunnels, an A-frame, and weave poles, encouraging active engagement for visiting pets. For the convenience of owners, the park is equipped with several benches and a secure double-gate entry system to prevent escapes. Waste disposal is facilitated by trash cans located at the entrance. While the dog area itself is focused on canine activity, the broader Roy Harvey Park includes a children's playground and a paved parking area, making it a versatile community spot. The overall atmosphere is one of a well-maintained, functional suburban dog park designed for exercise and socialization.

Great space for active dogs. Large area to run in. Great obstacle run as well. Only complaint - a little dusty at present.

Next to no grass left which means your breathing in dust all the time, very poor upkeep by the council. Limited seating here also, only 2 benches. No light either so if you run late here there's no point in coming. …
