Mary Crescent Reserve in Bassendean offers a comprehensive off-leash experience for dogs and their owners. The park is notable for its expansive, well-maintained green grassy fields, providing a large space for dogs to run freely. A key feature is the dedicated fenced-in dog exercise area, which is equipped with various agility obstacles including weave poles, tunnels, and ramps. The park is well-shaded by numerous mature trees, including large eucalyptus, and includes a sheltered picnic table for owners to rest. For families, a separate playground with a sand base is available nearby. The park maintains a clean environment with signage indicating that waste bins are provided for dog excreta. The overall atmosphere is peaceful and natural, with the open space bordered by native bushland. The terrain is primarily flat with some gentle undulations, making it an accessible and inviting spot for community recreation and pet exercise.
