John Dunn Memorial Park Dog Park
Third Ave, Kelmscott, WA
John Dunn Memorial Park Dog Park offers a multi-functional outdoor space featuring both dedicated dog exercise areas and a large, modern bike pump track. The dog-specific sections are securely enclosed with metal and chain-link fencing, providing a safe off-leash environment. The ground surface is primarily well-maintained grass, supplemented by areas of mulch and sand. Facilities for dogs include various agility equipment such as ramps, tunnels, and weave poles. For owners, the park provides several benches, sheltered picnic tables, and water fountains. Large, mature trees offer significant natural shade across the grassy zones. The overall atmosphere is active and community-oriented, with the adjacent pump track adding a dynamic element to the park's landscape. The park's design incorporates natural elements like wood chips and sand pits, enhancing the sensory experience for visiting pets. The presence of a paved walking path allows for easy accessibility throughout the site. While the bike pump track is a prominent feature, the dog park areas are distinct and well-equipped with amenities like waste bins and water stations to ensure a clean and convenient visit for pet owners.

Love the park go there once or twice every week lots of friendly people and dogs
The dog park is well looked after. Three separate areas for different size dogs is helpful for new pups.
No small dogs. Just big dogs. But there are three separate enclosures except not many ppl going there.
Some of the best dog fighting in Australia. Watch those bastards tear each other apart with on site gambling with the best odds while you watch the action. Every day. …
Excellent space for both furry friend and humans. Shade, seats, water and doggy bags. Thanks
Fantastic park, one of the best I have been to in Western Australia. 3 parks for dogs catering for small, medium and large. Large grassed areas that are well maintained and kept in each area, which are spotted with agility equipment, giving …
Plenty of shade, seating, grass, water, dog's good, owner's mmmmm
While at times the park condition can be a bit bad, the council do address issues. Turf has been replaced when it died and the sand pit gets the odd cleaning. Top marks for their efforts, though a few more items need fixing (gates etc)
