Grant Road Reserve Fenced Dog Park
70 Grant Rd, Somerville, VIC
Grant Road Reserve Fenced Dog Park in Australia offers a spacious and inviting environment for canine exercise. The park is characterized by its expansive, undulating grassy fields that provide ample room for dogs to run at full speed. The terrain features gentle slopes, adding variety to the landscape. The entire area is securely enclosed, utilizing a combination of post-and-rail fencing reinforced with wire mesh and sections of black metal fencing. For the comfort of visitors, several sturdy wooden benches are positioned throughout the park, allowing owners to rest while keeping an eye on their pets. Mature trees around the perimeter and within the park offer significant patches of natural shade, which is essential during warmer days. A double-gated entry system is visible, ensuring a safe transition for dogs entering and exiting the off-leash area. While the park itself is focused on open space, the adjacent reserve features a picturesque wetland with a wooden boardwalk. A children's playground is also located nearby, making it a family-friendly destination. No specific water fountains, waste bag dispensers, or agility equipment are clearly visible in the provided images.

Great for dogs. There's no fences but it's in between houses with fences. It's more like an open sports ground area. There is a drinking fountain/dog water bowl. There are flat paths and it's also shaded in parts with trees. It's very nice.

Honestly it’s the biggest fenced dog park I’ve ever been to. My dogs love it. We go everyday. Worth the drive!
