Beenak McMahon Reserve Dog Off Leash Area
8 Beenak St, Reservoir, VIC
Beenak McMahon Reserve Dog Off Leash Area is a spacious suburban park located in Australia, offering a variety of environments for dogs and their owners. The reserve features a massive open grassy field, which appears to double as a sports oval, complete with rugby or football goalposts and tall floodlights for evening use. The terrain is predominantly flat with a mixed surface of well-maintained grass and dirt patches, particularly in the more shaded sections. Speaking of shade, the park is well-equipped with numerous large, mature trees that provide ample cover from the sun, especially along the perimeter and near the wooded sections. While the area is designated for off-leash use, the fencing appears to be partial, consisting of low post-and-rail barriers along the road and standard residential fencing bordering nearby homes. Additional amenities include a children's playground and at least one park bench for resting. The overall atmosphere is peaceful and open, making it an ideal spot for long walks, fetch, or socialising in a natural, uncrowded setting.

Great place for outdoors stuff with your pets, plenty of room, lots of native flora. Near a creek so if your pet loves water, be aware of the steep banks you might have to climb down chasing your dog. LOL

Needs to have a few bins around so that people have a place to their rubbish.
