T.W. Blake Park Dog Off Leash Area

73 Murray Rd, Preston, VIC

4.1(9 reviews)

TW Blake Park Dog Off Leash Area in Preston, Australia, is a sprawling multi-purpose recreational space dominated by large, flat grassy sports ovals. The park offers an expansive environment for dogs to exercise off-leash, though it is not fully enclosed. Fencing is primarily composed of low metal perimeter rails around the ovals and wooden fences along residential boundaries. The ground surface is natural grass, which can become muddy in high-traffic areas like goalposts. While the main fields are open and sun-exposed, mature trees provide significant shade around the park's edges and near the integrated children's playground. A paved concrete path facilitates easy access for walkers. Basic amenities include trash cans, but specialized dog facilities like water stations, agility equipment, or waste bag dispensers are not visible in the provided imagery. The overall atmosphere is open and community-oriented, catering to both sports enthusiasts and pet owners seeking a large space for their dogs to run freely in an urban setting.

Lots of space, great for small dogs too, most people there with bigger dogs are very well behaved

Very impressed, large spacious enclosed grass area. Immaculately presented, no rubbish, plenty of seating and drinking taps. Shirt distance from Northland Shopping Centre, located at the rear of the Homemaker Centre on Murray Rd, Preston. Highly recommended

Don’t bother trying to run at this track. During the recent ‘upgrades’ at the park they replaced the dirt track with coarse sand, it’s terrible for running on. Real shame.

Great of lead dog park, shame they don't have puplic tiolets, some people do need these facilities at times.
