Damper Creek Reserve Dog Off Leash Area

38-50 Park Rd, Mount Waverley, VIC

5(5 reviews)

Damper Creek Reserve Dog Off Leash Area in Australia provides a diverse and expansive environment for canine exercise. The park is characterized by its vast, open grassy fields, particularly notable under the high-voltage power line corridor, which offers ample space for dogs to run freely. Complementing these open spaces are densely wooded sections featuring dirt and mulch trails winding through mature eucalyptus trees, providing significant natural shade and a more adventurous bushwalk feel. The ground surface is primarily natural grass, with some dirt paths and small areas of artificial turf near adjacent sports facilities. While the reserve includes some fenced sports ovals, the dog off-leash area itself appears largely unfenced, blending seamlessly into the surrounding parkland. The terrain is mostly level with some gentle undulations. Visible infrastructure is minimal, consisting mainly of park lighting and a few utility sheds, with no clear evidence of dedicated dog facilities like water stations or agility equipment in the provided images. Overall, it offers a tranquil, natural atmosphere for off-leash activities.

Great off lead dog track! Dirt roads and a creek make a welcome change from flat boring fields for the dogs.

My dogs favourite place to walk. Owners please pick up your dog poo though, it's everywhere
