Have to be careful of the mountain bikers as they fly down the path after their mountain biking experience. There should be signs asking them to be careful of children and dogs.

This is not, in fact, a leash off reserve. The Council says it is, but it isn't. There has never been an Order made under s26(2) of the Domestic Animals Act, so any owner of an unleashed dog in this reserve is breaking the local law, liable to a fine and any unleashed dog can be siezed. The Council is aware of this.
