Banksia Park Fenced Dog Park
3 Templestowe Rd, Bulleen, VIC
Banksia Park Fenced Dog Park in Australia provides a diverse and expansive environment for canine exercise and socialization. The facility features a secure, fenced-in area characterized by a mix of terrain, including lush green grass, dirt, and mulched sections under the canopy of mature trees. These trees offer ample natural shade, creating a comfortable atmosphere for both pets and owners. The park is equipped with several benches strategically placed for rest. For more adventurous dogs, there are naturalistic play elements such as a concrete tunnel built into a rock mound and various logs. The park's layout includes significant open spaces and sloped grassy fields, allowing for high-energy off-leash activities. Beyond the dedicated dog enclosure, the surrounding parkland offers scenic beauty with flowering trees, walking paths, and a basketball court. The overall atmosphere is one of a well-maintained, natural retreat that caters to a variety of dog breeds and energy levels. While specific amenities like water stations or waste bags aren't explicitly shown in these views, the structural facilities like fencing and seating are clearly established.

Great fenced dog park! The surroundings are stunning, and the users of the park are very friendly!
Great place for dogs. Large area with trees and lots of places to sniff. Water is available but you must take any dog 💩 with you. …

Good size fenced off park for dogs to run around in, with beautiful bushlands all around. Only problem is the massive pile of dog poo filled bags by the entrance - Gross.

I'm glad it's completely fenced, but it desperately needs a bin for poo bags.
The nearby freeway is causing havoc in the river. Poor ducks are trying to swim in it. The council needs to take action about this.
great spot
