South Street Reserve

34A South St, Bellerive, TAS

4.3(178 reviews)

South Street Reserve is a spacious, fully fenced dog park featuring a large, open grassy field. The park provides ample room for dogs to run off-leash. Facilities include basic agility equipment such as jumps and a tunnel, making it a great spot for training. The perimeter is secured with chain-link fencing. For human visitors, there are benches located near the entrance. While there are some mature trees around the edges and a single tree within the main field, shade is somewhat limited in the center of the park. The surface is primarily natural grass, which can become muddy in wet weather. Adjacent to the dog-specific area, there is a general park with a playground and paved walking paths. The atmosphere is open and suburban, with views of nearby houses and hills. The park appears well-maintained and is a popular spot for local dog owners to gather and exercise their pets in a safe, enclosed environment.

Such a good feeling park.. The dog had fantastic time with other dogs, But I really got a good old fashion felling of the good nature from days long passed.. among all dog owners. really enjoyed the friendliness at that park
