Stackpole Street Fenced Agility Dog Park
Stackpole St, Wishart, QLD
Stackpole Street Fenced Agility Dog Park is a spacious, community-oriented facility located in a utility corridor beneath high-voltage power lines. The park features a large, open grassy field that is fully enclosed by black chain-link fencing, providing a secure environment for off-leash play. A key highlight is the dedicated agility equipment, including an A-frame, weave poles, and hurdles, catering to active dogs. For human visitors, the park offers several sheltered picnic areas with tables and benches, as well as scattered trees providing natural shade. The ground surface is primarily natural grass, which can become muddy in wet conditions. Adjacent to the fenced dog area, there is a children's playground with a shade sail and a nearby creek, though dogs should likely be leashed in these peripheral zones. The park's location under power lines gives it a unique industrial backdrop, while the surrounding mature trees offer a touch of nature. The presence of a nearby playground makes it a family-friendly destination. While the main area is grass, some sections near the creek feature sandy banks. The facility appears well-maintained with multiple seating options for owners to relax while their pets exercise.

Great space and vibe with two separate fenced areas for big and small - very large for both. The drainage around the site could use some improvements as it gets totally soaked after rain. Even after some dry days it remains wet and muddy.
Love this dog park Little creek behind which is such a nice place for dogs to play
Has fenced off areas separately for large and small dogs
