Nudgee Beach Dog Park
Nudgee Rd, Nudgee Beach, QLD
Nudgee Beach Dog Park, situated within the Boondall Wetlands, offers a diverse and expansive environment for dogs and their owners. The park features a dedicated, fenced-in off-leash area equipped with a secure double-gate entry system. This section is characterized by a mix of grass and dirt surfaces, shaded by numerous mature trees that provide a comfortable atmosphere. Beyond the fenced enclosure, the park's highlight is its direct access to vast tidal flats and sandy beach areas, allowing dogs to run freely and swim in the shallow waters during low tide. According to the on-site Boondall Wetlands signage, the broader reserve includes various amenities such as a playground, BBQ facilities, picnic tables, and public toilets. A wooden pier is also available for fishing enthusiasts. Trash cans are strategically placed near the dog park entrance for convenience. The overall atmosphere is serene and natural, blending coastal beach vibes with the lush greenery of the surrounding wetlands, making it a premier destination for off-leash water and land play.

A pretty area to fish, bring your dog to or just relax by!
Beautiful area.
Beautiful spot for the dogs, they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Can get quite muddy / sandy so appropriate footwear helps a bunch! Dog park is well maintained and there's even a travelling dog wash and coffee vendor that comes here.
