Lofberg Dog Park

37 Yanko Rd, West Pymble, NSW

4.4(59 reviews)

Lofberg Dog Park is a spacious, fully fenced off-leash area characterized by its large, open grassy fields and a backdrop of mature eucalyptus trees. The park features a secure double-gate entry system to ensure dog safety. For human visitors, there are several benches and picnic tables scattered throughout the area. The ground surface is primarily grass, though some high-traffic areas show patches of dirt. Natural shade is provided by the surrounding trees, particularly along the perimeter, and there are also some light poles for visibility. The atmosphere is open and natural, providing plenty of room for dogs to run and socialize. Facilities include trash cans for waste disposal. While a small building is visible in the distance, it's unclear if it contains public toilets. The park's large size makes it suitable for high-energy dogs. The perimeter is secured with chain-link fencing, and the presence of floodlights suggests the area may be used during early evening hours. It is a popular spot for local pet owners, offering a clean and well-maintained environment for exercise.

Went to the dog park during quiet time with a small puppy. Puppy loves it. Bench seat, poo bag, water available. Double doggy gate in case of houdini dog.

A very nice dog park but relatively small. Can become overrun with big dogs at certain times of the day. Poo bags and water available, just choose your time if you have a small dog.

Nice park with lots of shaded areas. Generally the grass is cut short.

Very basic patch of fenced off grass. There's nothing that would make the place interesting aside from playing with other dogs. On the other hand, the adjacent creek, is awesome for dogs. Lots to explore and smell for a curious pup. Council …
