Reserve 794
Stanhope Gardens NSW 2768, Stanhope Gardens, NSW
Reserve 794, also known as Kentwell Park, is a spacious suburban park in Australia featuring dedicated off-leash areas for dogs. The park is characterized by its expansive, well-maintained grassy fields and a perimeter of mature trees that provide ample natural shade. The dog-specific areas are securely enclosed with black chain-link fencing, and there appears to be a division for separate dog sections. Paved walking paths crisscross the park, making it accessible for strollers and walkers. In addition to the dog areas, the park includes a modern playground with swings, slides, and climbing structures set on a protective rubber surface. Park benches are strategically placed along the paths for visitors to rest. The atmosphere is open and inviting, offering a large space for exercise and recreation. While specific amenities like water fountains or agility equipment are not explicitly shown, the combination of secure fencing, large open spaces, and family-friendly facilities makes it a versatile community hub for local residents and their pets.

No car park near it, you need to park elsewhere and walk. No poop bags, water fountain for dog or lighting.

There are 2 ovals, one for big dogs and one for smaller dogs. There are no water taps so owners need to bring their own water/bowls. If you are driving, access is through the bushes with a stream so not the most ideal as you need to take a small jump over the water. Overall, it's okay but could do with some improvements.

To get to the enclosed dog park, you need to walk through the park which is full of overgrowth and bushland. There are snakes in the bushes.
Great but not taps to give your dog a drink.
Great dog park! But there is a grumpy old woman who we call 'dog park Karen' who keeps complaining that the dogs are too loud! May be she shouldn't live next to a dog park but a cemetary if she wants a quiet place to live. Her house has a dark green roof.
