Percival Road Dog-Park

118 Percival Rd, Smithfield, NSW

3.9(37 reviews)

Percival Road Dog-Park is a spacious, fully fenced off-leash facility located in a suburban setting in Australia. The park features expansive open grassy areas, providing ample room for dogs of all sizes to run and play freely. The perimeter is securely enclosed with a combination of black chain-link and vertical metal fencing, featuring gated entry points for safety. While much of the park is covered in well-maintained natural grass, some high-traffic areas show signs of wear with exposed dirt or mud, and a dedicated dirt path runs through one section of the park. Mature trees scattered around the edges and within the field offer patches of natural shade for both dogs and their owners. A park bench is positioned under a tree, providing a place for visitors to rest. A notable safety feature is the prominent signage at the entrance warning visitors about the potential presence of snakes. The overall atmosphere is open and tranquil, bordered by residential properties and additional parkland. While a children's playground is visible in the background of the surrounding area, the dog park itself remains a dedicated space for canine exercise.

I felt that the dog park would of been an amazing experience if the path to get in was wheelchair accessable. Also could have better parking.

My family take my dog here almost everyday of the week early in the morning. It's quiet, a lot of space for dogs to run around. It's fenced off on both ends and there's a tap with cool running water available in between the trees where the …

This dog park would be so much better if it had updated facilities. The fences are very low and considering there is a children's playground behind it, it's not safe. There are no water facilities or rubbish bins. Shame cos it's so close to home.
