Fenced Dog Park Goonellabah

Holland St, Goonellabah, NSW

3.8(47 reviews)

The Fenced Dog Park in Goonellabah, Australia, offers a comprehensive and spacious environment for dogs of all sizes. The facility is characterized by its diverse terrain and well-maintained amenities. One of its standout features is a dedicated agility area, which includes a variety of wooden obstacles such as ramps, weave poles, a concrete tunnel, and jumps, all set on a stable gravel base. For those seeking open space, the park provides expansive grassy fields perfect for long-distance fetch and high-energy play. The park is securely enclosed with black chain-link fencing, ensuring a safe off-leash experience. Mature trees are scattered throughout, offering ample natural shade, particularly in the dirt and gravel sections where benches are conveniently placed for owners. Additional facilities include waste bag dispensers and trash cans to maintain cleanliness. The presence of tall light poles suggests the area is well-lit, potentially extending its use into the early evening. With its mix of open grass, shaded retreats, and structured exercise equipment, the park caters to a wide range of canine needs and activity levels.

Much improved. Seats and nice water station. Well maintained. Lovely group. Occasional issues with a dog called Panda but otherwise great spot.

Pretty small. Better than nothing I guess. Much better at Ballina where there is dog beach as well as big dog park area.

Regular dogs that go there will attack your dog for no reason. Never again.

Good to see some gravel dust has been spread around to soak up the big. A gurney over the seating occasionally wouldn't hurt. I've never experienced any bad behaviour from owners or dogs luckily so very happy we can all enjoy this facility.

Someone has reversed into one of the entrances and damaged it, but otherwise a great spot to take your furry friends.

Our dog runs away from us if not on leash. Here she can run free. She loves it. Don,'t know why she runs away. She's a rescue so something in her past
