Glenfield NSW 2167, Glenfield, NSW

4.2(39 reviews)

Glenfield Dog Park is a sprawling, well-maintained recreational area in Australia, offering a variety of zones for both pets and families. The park features expansive, undulating grassy fields that provide a large off-leash space for dogs to exercise. It is securely enclosed with chain-link fencing throughout. Canine-specific amenities are plentiful, including agility equipment like tunnels and ramps, as well as water taps and a small wading pool for cooling down. For human visitors, the park provides paved walking paths, benches, and sheltered picnic tables. A notable feature is the modern, fenced-in children's playground located adjacent to the dog areas, making it a versatile community hub. The landscape is characterized by natural grass surfaces, which are mostly lush but show some wear in high-use spots. Mature eucalyptus trees offer patches of natural shade across the grounds, complemented by artificial shade structures. The park's open design and diverse facilities create a welcoming and active atmosphere for the local community.

Fit for purpose. Better than most, imo. One area for small and large dogs. …

I like to take my cocker spaniel here in the morning as it is quieter at this time. Needs a bit of maintaining, but all good. Both big and small dogs are in the same park, so if you are not comfortable having them together, just take a stroll around until other dogs leave.

I usually go in the morning. Good crowd with responsible owners. Facilites look a bit tired, still usable, but can take a bit of fixing and touch up
