Dora Creek Dog Exercise Area
22 Douglass St, Dora Creek, NSW
Dora Creek Dog Exercise Area is a sprawling, open-air recreational space located in Australia, characterized by its vast grassy fields and natural surroundings. The park provides a large, flat area for dogs to run and play, with the primary ground surface being natural grass that appears well-maintained in some parts and more rustic in others. A distinctive feature of this location is a narrow, natural water channel or creek that runs through or adjacent to the area, providing a unique swimming opportunity for water-loving dogs. While the park features some metal post-and-rail fencing along its boundaries, it may not be fully enclosed or secure for all breeds. Mature trees lining the perimeter offer patches of natural shade, though the central exercise zones are mostly exposed to the sun. Adjacent to the dog area is a well-equipped children's playground featuring swings and a climbing pyramid on a woodchip base, making it a family-friendly destination. The overall atmosphere is peaceful and rural, offering a simple, no-frills environment for off-leash exercise and social interaction among local pets.

2 reviewsWhy is this park only open 6 to 10am. I walk my dog in the afternoon and evenings. Also closed on weekends! Why? Total disgrace!
Lovely area, just mowed but no other dogs so that was sad as my dog needs other dogs to run around with.
