Carss Park Dog Park
70A Carwar Ave, Carss Park, NSW
Carss Park Dog Park, located within the larger Carss Bush Park in Australia, offers a scenic and expansive off-leash environment for dogs and their owners. The park is characterized by its large, open grassy fields, which provide ample space for running and social play. One of its most striking features is the stunning waterfront location along Kogarah Bay, providing beautiful views and a refreshing coastal breeze. The landscape is diverse, featuring iconic palm trees, a spectacular row of Jacarandas that bloom with vibrant purple flowers, and more densely wooded, shaded sections for a quieter experience. Facilities include paved walking paths and wooden benches strategically placed for owners to rest while supervising their pets. The area is partially enclosed by metal fencing, often separating the dog-friendly zones from adjacent sports fields and residential boundaries. The atmosphere is peaceful and community-oriented, making it a highly desirable destination for local pet owners. The ground surface is primarily well-maintained natural grass, though some high-traffic areas near trees show natural wear. Overall, it is a picturesque and functional recreational space.

Great dog park with friendly dogs and owners. Lots of parking and nice walk around the water too
Not a kid friendly park, dogs are not on the leash! This large dog came running at barking at my 4 year old nephew, so dangerous. Shouldn't they be on the leash?
Nice big area that is well fenced and secure. Water and poop bag available. Dog owners are very friendly and responsible for their dogs. …
This dog park is absolute rubbish! Its small and the ground is mostly hard dirt with barely any shade and not very pleasant there is a water tap for your dog but other than that not much there this dog park definitely needs some TLC I would …
As dog friendly as a dog park gets. I've been there many times, and each time, we met new dogs to play with
My dog loves it here. Most occasions they are friendly dog owner's who are responsible with their behaviour.
My first time to come here, got here at 16.30 it was empty. From google map was quite hard to find, the park is quite big with shade from trees. Only one bench is provided, would recommend to BYO chairs. There is water tap there and only 1 minute walk from car park.
It's a fairly large park with well maintained grass. It has a drinking station which is fairly clean. The surrounding fence is secure, there's an airlock when entering and leaving. It's recently had some new benches installed for sitting.
